1. Darnell Savage scores a defensive touchdown

Green Bay’s defense has made some game-changing plays already this season, with four interceptions and four forced fumbles. One of those interceptions was made by first-round pick Darnell Savage, and he’ll make another key play on Sunday against the Cowboys.

In what could be a close game between two of the NFC’s top teams, a turnover could prove to be the difference. Except this time, it won’t just be a takeaway for the Packers’ defense, they’ll take it all the way for six points.

Savage made two pick-sixes in his final two seasons at Maryland, and he’s already showed his ability to make game-changing plays for the Packers. The rookie is all over the field and never seems to be far away from the ball. All it takes is one opportunity, and he’s good enough to make the most of it.

If my first two predictions are correct and the offense is able to move the ball while the defense shuts down the Cowboys’ ground game, there could be an opportunity for the defense to take the ball away.

Either a pick-six or a fumble recovery, Savage will make his biggest play as a Packer yet, and again prove why he’s one of the top contenders for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
