What are the biggest challenges the Green Bay Packers face in the final stretch of the season?

Ten games are complete. Six remain. The Green Bay Packers have won 80 percent of their games so far and are well on course for a return to the playoffs. But with six weeks to go, the Packers still have a lot yet to achieve. The NFC North race is wide open between the Packers and Minnesota Vikings, and the eventual winner of the division could end up with a first-round bye in January.

The Packers have overcome a challenging schedule, winning a number of close games en route to the position they currently hold, second place in the NFC while leading their division. But plenty more challenges lie ahead for this team with the bye week now complete.

It starts on Sunday Night Football when they travel to the West Coast to meet the San Francisco 49ers. These two teams have met in some big games over the past decade, and Sunday’s is yet another.

The Packers have six huge games coming up in the next month-and-a-half. To have a strong end to the season, they’ll need to be at their best.
