A look at four players whose future with the Green Bay Packers could be decided in the final four weeks of the season.

For the Green Bay Packers to reclaim the NFC North title and potentially compete for a first-round bye, they are going to need big contributions from players in every phase of the game. But for some players on the roster, the final four games of the season could have an even bigger impact beyond 2019. For many, it could determine whether they are back with the Packers next season.

As is the case for every team, general manager Brian Gutekunst will have some tough decisions to make in the spring. Who to bring back, who to replace, all while trying to maintain a healthy salary cap and improving the roster. It’s not an easy job, but Gutekunst could already have an idea of the direction he wants to go in next spring.

The team comes first, and winning each week is all that counts. No matter how they get there. But the final four games could also be the difference between landing a new contract or being replaced in the offseason.

As is the case for every team in playoff contention, get a few surprise contributions late in the season and it can help your team get hot and make a run.

The Packers need that. And for these four players, their role on the team in 2020 could be determined in the next month.
