With the Green Bay Packers set for a home game against the Washington Redskins in Week 14, we’ve made five bold predictions.

December football is as exciting as it gets, and with the NFC playoff race heating up nicely, the Green Bay Packers have a big opportunity in front of them. They welcome the Washington Redskins to Lambeau Field this week, a team that has won back-to-back games and has some momentum after an otherwise disappointing season.

With so much competition at the top of the NFC and in the division race against the Minnesota Vikings, the Packers need to continue to build momentum and can’t afford an upset loss at home this weekend. Washington dominated Green Bay early in the 2018 season, winning 31-17. It was the start of a disappointing season but a lot has changed in over a year since.

Cornerbacks Kevin King and Tony Brown are questionable for the game, but otherwise the Packers are healthy. That’s not something we’ve been used to seeing in Green Bay in the month of December. Long may it continue.

The Packers will be expected to win comfortably this week, but it’s not always that simple. Any victory, whether by 30 points or by one, will do just fine. Get the W and improve to 10-3 on the season.

Ahead of the game, here are my five bold predictions for the Packers.
