1. Los Angeles Chargers (vs. Vikings)

But the first-round bye tiebreakers count for nothing if the Packers aren’t division winners. They are still in a close battle with the Vikings for first place.

The Los Angeles Chargers pulled off the upset against the Packers earlier in the season, and in dominant fashion. If they can do the same against the Vikings this week, all will be forgiven.

FiveThirtyEight currently gives the Packers a 76 percent chance of winning the NFC North. If they win this week and the Vikings lose, it moves up to 92 percent. Green Bay would be two games ahead with two to play, and would need to just one more victory or one more Minnesota loss or tie to wrap up the division.

Meanwhile, the Vikings’ chances of winning the division would drop to just eight percent. The Bears would also be unable to win the division.

The Packers’ job is to beat the Bears then win one of their remaining two games. That will be good enough for the NFC North title. But a surprise loss this week would suddenly change things and it’d becoming a little bit concerning.

As well as a Packers win, we should all be rooting for the Chargers, Colts, Cowboys, Falcons and Panthers in Week 15.
