What did we learn from the Packers’ divisional-round win?

As they have done so often this season, the Green Bay Packers found a way. And with their sixth consecutive victory, they will now return to Levi’s Stadium for a rematch with the San Francisco 49ers with the NFC championship and a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.

Green Bay’s performance in victory over the Seattle Seahawks wasn’t too dissimilar from many we’ve seen this season. Start fast, build a lead and end up closing the victory out on defense.

It was going almost too well in the first half with the Packers taking a 21-3 lead at the break. It was never going to be that easy against the Seahawks. And it proved to be another edge-of-your-seat ride for fans of both teams as another chapter was added to this rivalry. Fortunately, this time the Seahawks didn’t pull off a miracle comeback and the Packers were the team advancing in the postseason.

Next week, the Packers get a chance to make up for the loss to the 49ers earlier this season, but before we turn out attention to that game, let’s enjoy this victory and look at what can be learned from the game.

Here are five takeaways from the Packers’ divisional-round win over the Seahawks.
