Three players the Green Bay Packers will need to slow down in the NFC Championship Game.

The Green Bay Packers need their stars to step up in the NFC Championship Game, but they’ll also need to take away the San Francisco 49ers’ biggest strengths.

It’s no secret what the 49ers’ plan will be. Find a way to slow down Davante Adams and Aaron Jones on offense to make Aaron Rodgers‘ life more difficult. Over on offense, their focus will be preventing the Smith Bros. from making the kind of impact we’ve seen them make all season long. The same goes for Jaire Alexander and Kevin King.

Likewise, the Packers will have certain matchups they need to win. The 49ers have one of the deepest rosters in all of football, but they still have their star players who can pull their team to victory. Matt LaFleur’s team will need to have a good game plan this week, and one they’ll need to execute well to have any chance of advancing to the Super Bowl.

Both teams are close to full strength entering the game. The NFC’s top two teams will battle to represent the conference in the Super Bowl two weeks from now.

For the Packers to be that team, they’ll need to have an answer for these three players.
