Packers roundup: Offseason needs, popular picks in mock drafts
A roundup of the latest Green Bay Packers articles for Wednesday, Jan 22.
Welcome to the Packers News Report.
It should be yet another interesting offseason for the Green Bay Packers. With Aaron Rodgers reaching the final stages of his career, will GM Brian Gutekunst go all-in for 2020 like many other teams have successfully done in recent years such as the 2015 Denver Broncos?
If the answer is yes, Gutekunst should be active in free agency and looking for players in the draft who can address positions of need right away. The next few months are going to be very interesting as Gutekunst looks to continue to strengthen this roster, which looks in much better shape than it did just 12 months ago.
And the offseason is the focus in the Packers News Report today, including moves they should make this offseason and potential first-round options in the 2020 NFL Draft.
