Davante Adams and Za’Darius Smith both dominated in the Pro Bowl.

The Green Bay Packers were well represented at the Pro Bowl with three players featured in the game. As they did throughout the regular season, Davante Adams and Za’Darius Smith put in strong performances at the Pro Bowl.

Adams caught six passes for 61 yards and two touchdowns and even threw a 34-yard pass to Detroit Lions wide receiver Kenny Golladay. Perhaps we’ll see some more trick plays from Matt LaFleur next season to take advantage of Adams’ throwing ability.

Adams paid tribute to Kobe Bryant by holding up “2-4” with his hand in the end zone after catching a touchdown. He followed it up with a 360 slam dunk over the goalposts.

It couldn’t have been easy to perform on such a sad day, and many players throughout the game paid tribute to Bryant.

After making a sack, Smith and his NFC teammates honored Bryant with a shot fake celebration.

Smith finished the game with two sacks and an interception. In his first Pro Bowl, Smith made a big impact on the game.

Kenny Clark was the other Packer featured in the Pro Bowl. He finished the game with one tackle.

While Adams, Smith and Clark would’ve much rather been preparing for this week’s Super Bowl rather than playing in this game, it’s still good to see them deservedly represent the Packers in this game after having excellent seasons.

Their offseason now begins with the hope of helping the Packers take the next step next season.

All three players are under contract for the 2020 season, although Clark will be entering the final year on his current deal unless an extension is worked out this summer. General manager Brian Gutekunst spoke about his hope to have a long-term deal agreed on this offseason.

Not only did the Packers have three players in the Pro Bowl, but Adams and Smith were among the top performers in the game.
