A lot of changes will be made to draft boards this week based on many factors at the NFL Scouting Combine. The on-field workouts will, of course, play a major role. They will be held from Thursday through Sunday. The bench press, 40-yard dash times and other workouts will be under the spotlight later in the week. For teams, just as important are the interviews and medical checks.

By the end of the week, Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst will have a much better picture of which prospects he could target in the early rounds.

We can expect the Packers to search for more offensive talent this offseason, and they could use a combination of free agency and the draft. There are a few big needs on defense including inside linebacker, but too often in recent years, the offense has taken a back seat in the offseason.

Giving Aaron Rodgers more help should be a priority and that should mean every skill position is in play. The Packers should be willing to draft a wide receiver in the early rounds and also look to add talent at tight end and running back.
