2. Kenny Stills, Houston Texans

After trading away DeAndre Hopkins, the Houston Texans have been busy adding more receiving talent. That includes former Packer Randall Cobb, as well as Brandin Cooks, who they traded for. Where does this leave Kenny Stills?

If the Texans are open to trading him, a deal would make a lot of sense for the Packers. Houston would free up $7 million in salary cap room, according to Over The Cap. Green Bay would be getting an experienced wide receiver who is a great deep threat. Stills has the speed to get open deep downfield; he ran a 4.38-second 40-yard dash at the combine.

While Stills has never had a 1,000-yard season in his career, he averages 15.7 yards per reception and would be a great complement to Davante Adams. With the Packers wanting to run the football and open up defenses with the play-action pass, Stills’ speed would make him a great receiving threat to make huge plays downfield.

One advantage of bringing in Stills over a rookie wide receiver is experience. Stills has proven himself in the NFL and the only adjustment would be to learn Matt LaFleur’s offense and build a connection on the field with Aaron Rodgers. But the Rodgers-to-Stills connection could be a successful one.
