Ranking the Green Bay Packers’ 2020 opponents from the easiest to the hardest.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the NFL will release the 2020 schedule on Thursday night. The season is currently scheduled to go ahead as planned, although changes could be made at a later date due to the coronavirus pandemic. Assuming the 16-game regular season goes ahead as planned, which games will be the easiest for the Green Bay Packers and which will be the hardest?

For this article, we’re just looking at the strength of the opponents rather than the individual games. For that reason, the Packers’ NFC North rivals are only featured once each rather than twice. Instead of focusing on both the home and away games, we’ll look at each team’s offseason work and potential entering 2020.

This season, the Packers will meet each team from the NFC South and each team from the AFC South. As a result of winning the NFC North in 2019, they will also meet the San Francisco 49ers, winners of the NFC West, as well as the Philadelphia Eagles, winners of the NFC East.

There will be a few daunting challenges on the schedule along with some more “winnable” games. So let’s take a look at each opponent, ranking them from the easiest to the hardest.
