Three reasons why Packers fans should be excited about the 2020 season.

The Green Bay Packers‘ offseason work has been met with some criticism after they failed to address their biggest need at wide receiver, while also waiting until the later rounds of the draft to add an inside linebacker. You could also argue they are yet to do enough at defensive tackle or cornerback.

However, there are reasons why fans should be optimistic about the Packers’ chances of being competitive in the NFC this season. And that’s what we’ll look at in this article.

There’s no question that the NFC is loaded with talent. The San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and New Orleans Saints will all be competing in the playoff race, and we can likely now include the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys.

It’s going to be difficult to even make the postseason this year, let alone make it far once January arrives. But the Packers will be very much in the mix once again and will have another opportunity to return to the Super Bowl for the second time with Aaron Rodgers.

The moves made in free agency and the draft may be surprising on paper, but let’s take a look at three reasons why Packers fans should be excited about the 2020 season.
