Tampa Bay Buccaneers: TE Rob Gronkowski

Brian Gutekunst might not want to surround Aaron Rodgers with more talent, but I certainly do.

There were many different options I could’ve gone with here. Adding inside linebacker Devin White would’ve made sense. Edge rusher Shaquil Barrett would’ve been another great option, but after bringing in Brian Burns I decided to go in another direction. Similarly, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are both star receivers but I’ve already added Michael Thomas.

Instead, I’ve fixed another issue on the offense which comes at tight end. Adding another defensive option would’ve been a good move, but I’m going all-in on offense.

Rob Gronkowski is one of the greatest tight ends to ever play the game. While he’s battled injuries and is returning from retirement, he would help this offense become unstoppable as the Packers go all-in for a championship in 2020. A four-time first-team All-Pro and a five-time Pro Bowler, Gronk would swap one Hall-of-Fame quarterback for another.

There would be no better supporting cast in the NFL than Rodgers’. With Aaron Jones leading a deep backfield, Adams and Thomas at wide receiver, and now Gronkowski at tight end, good luck trying to stop this offense. And with the additions of Jarrett and Burns on defense, we can just give the Packers the Lombardi Trophy now.
