Ten Packers who need to step up in 2020.

The Green Bay Packers may have only been one game away from reaching the Super Bowl last year, but they have to start all over again when the new season gets underway in September. In their first season under new head coach Matt LaFleur, the Packers found ways to win in a number of close, one-score games.

But the competition could be even stronger this year. The San Francisco 49ers could be an even better team after their offseason additions. The New Orleans Saints will again be one of the NFC’s best. As will the Seattle Seahawks. But how about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with Tom Brady? Or the Arizona Cardinals in their second year with Kyler Murray at quarterback? The NFC will be competitive and the Packers need to build on last year.

The Packers’ offseason has been met with mixed reviews. Some moves they made came as a surprise, such as drafting a quarterback and running back in the opening two rounds. But this team is still good enough to compete in the NFC.

But for the Packers to take the next step and push for the Super Bowl again in the 2020 season, they’ll need these 10 players to step up.
