An early look at three players the Packers could target in 2021 free agency.

The 2020 season is still a few months away. At this stage, it’s still no guarantee there will even be a season due to the coronavirus pandemic. Despite that, I thought it’d be fun to look ahead to the next offseason and moves the Green Bay Packers could make in free agency.

So far out, this is nothing more than a bit of fun to look at different scenarios that could happen. No matter how unlikely they may be.

It’s only June, so contract situations around the league will change before free agency begins next March. Many players set to hit free agency will be given extensions this summer. Others will be re-signed or franchised-tagged early next year. But some will hit free agency.

The Packers have a long list of their own free agents they’ll need to worry about first before they can even entertain the idea of signing other players. But once they’ve given David Bakhtiari and Kenny Clark the contracts they deserve, they should still have some cap space to work with.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at a few players they could consider signing in free agency next offseason. Here are three players I’d love to see in Green Bay.
