Three dream trade scenarios for the Packers this year.

Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst has never been afraid to make a bold move if it helps the roster improve. From handing big contracts to Za’Darius and Preston Smith last season, to moving on from Packers legends Clay Matthews and Jordy Nelson, and trading up in the first round of the draft three years in a row. Gutekunst will do what he feels will help the team get better.

This offseason, he traded up for quarterback Jordan Love and then went running back in the second round with AJ Dillon. Two surprising, and mostly unpopular moves, but it again shows he’s willing to take risks if he believes a player is worth it.

Today, we’re looking at three dream trades for the Packers before the start of the 2020 season. They are called dream trades for a reason. These are moves that would help this team in a big way, but they are also unlikely to happen. Whether it’s due to the other team involved not wanting to trade the player or the salary cap impact it would have for the Packers. Not impossible, but unlikely.

But that’s why they’re called dream trades. So let’s take a look at three players who could make a huge impact for this team.
