Packers: 3 bold predictions for Week 13 vs. Eagles
Bold predictions for the Packers’ matchup with the Eagles.
The Green Bay Packers host another playoff contender in Week 13 with the Philadelphia Eagles visiting Lambeau Field.
Well, the Eagles are technically playoff contenders as they are only a win behind the NFC East-leading New York Giants. However, the Eagles have won only three games this season. They’ll be aiming to repeat last year’s success at Lambeau when they upset the Packers.
That loss to Philadelphia was Matt LaFleur’s first as a head coach. He’s only lost five more times in the regular season since then. LaFleur has his team on course for a second straight NFC North title and they’ll move a step closer with a victory on Sunday afternoon.
Most 3-7-1 teams would enter Week 13 without much to play for. That’s anything but true for the Eagles who could still host a playoff game in January as ridiculous as that might sound. A surprise road win here for the Eagles would significantly boost their playoff hopes.
The Packers need to get the job done at home if they want to keep pace with the NFC-leading New Orleans Saints, who have won eight in a row.
So let’s take a closer look at Sunday’s matchup at Lambeau Field with three bold predictions for the Packers.
