Za’Darius Smith was added to the Packers’ injury report.

There weren’t too many changes to the Green Bay Packers’ injury report from Wednesday to Thursday, although edge rusher Za’Darius Smith was added with an ankle injury.

Smith dealt with an ankle injury earlier in the season but didn’t miss any time. It’s unclear whether this is a similar injury or something different.

Smith was listed as a limited participant at Thursday’s practice. His status will be something to watch ahead of the Packers‘ game with the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon.

Two players didn’t practice on Thursday: center Corey Linsley and tight end Marcedes Lewis.

Linsley is expected to miss at least a few weeks with a knee injury, while Lewis was downgraded to “did not practice” after being limited on Wednesday.

Once again, the majority of the players on the Packers’ injury report were able to practice on Thursday which is a good sign. Players across the league are dealing with and playing through injuries, including the Packers.

For the Eagles, star defensive tackle Fletcher Cox missed practice again due to a neck injury. Cornerback Darius Slay was added to the injury report on Thursday with a calf injury; he was limited at practice.

Slay’s status for Sunday will be something to watch as he’ll likely be covering Davante Adams a lot in this game. We’ve seen some good battles between these two players while Slay was with the Detroit Lions.

It’s still hard to tell exactly who will be available on Sunday, but at this stage, the only player we can confidently say will be out for the Packers is Linsley. He’s the only player on the injury report not to practice two days in a row.

We’ll find out who is ruled out for the game tomorrow.
