Despite winning just three games and losing seven, the Eagles are right in the playoff mix. In the worst division in football, the Eagles are just one game out of the NFC East lead. So they’ve got it all to play for at Lambeau Field on Sunday afternoon.

For the Packers, this is an opportunity to move a step closer to the NFC North title. Their lead at the top of the division is equal to the Eagles’ entire win column this season. A win would take Matt LaFleur’s team to 9-3 and on the brink of another playoff berth.

There are a couple of injury notes ahead of the game.

The Packers have ruled out center Corey Linsley as expected, and edge rusher Za’Darius Smith, running back Tyler Ervin, and inside linebacker Krys Barnes are all questionable. The Packers will be hoping this isn’t the first game Smith has to miss due to injury since signing in 2019.

Eagles cornerback Darius Slay is questionable to play due to a calf injury. If he’s active, expect to see Slay covering Davante Adams for much of the game, although the Packers will likely move Adams around to make the most of better matchups.

Clearly, if Slay is out, the Eagles defense will have a much tougher time trying to slow down Adams.
