5. A Lombardi Trophy

We can talk about home-field advantage or the MVP award. But when the season comes to an end in February, only one thing matters. Who won the Super Bowl?

Above all else on this year’s Packers Christmas list is the Lombardi Trophy. It’s been a decade since this team last won it all. It’s about time Rodgers brought home his second ring.

If Rodgers is to ever win Super Bowl number two, he might never get a chance as good as this one. Green Bay is two wins away from securing home-field advantage. This offense has been on fire. The defense is improving.

There isn’t one standout team that looks to be clearly above the rest in the NFL this year. There are a handful of contenders who could all win the Super Bowl if they can string together a few great performances. The Packers are right there.

Could we see Rodgers vs. Mahomes for both the MVP and the Super Bowl MVP? Could we see Green Bay’s red-hot offense against the Pittsburgh Steelers’ dominant defense in a rematch of the Super Bowl 10 years earlier?

No matter which teams are ahead for the Packers in January and beyond, our number one Christmas wish is another Lombardi Trophy coming to Green Bay.
