2. Darnell Savage has a pick-six

One of the most exciting stories in the second half of the season for the Packers has been the rise of Darnell Savage.

Earlier in his career, Savage showed flashes of his potential as a game-changing safety. Over the past five or six weeks, he’s put in consistent performances and has been playing like an All-Pro. This is the Darnell Savage the Packers expected when they traded up for him in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

One of Savage’s best games came against the Bears earlier in the year. He made his first two interceptions of the season, and his total is now up to four in his past five games.

I predict we’ll see another impressive performance from the Packers’ second-year safety on Sunday afternoon.

Mitch Trubisky has played some better football since that game against Green Bay, but he’s still prone to turnovers. Trubisky has been picked off four times in his past five games with two over the past couple of weeks.

The pass rush can create some problems up front which will lead to turnover opportunities.

Last week, Savage had one interception but dropped what would’ve likely been a pick-six. He’ll make up for that this week, however. Savage will have a pick-six against the Bears, helping lead the Packers to victory.
