Under Matt LaFleur, the Green Bay Packers have been dominant at home.

In the regular season, LaFleur has led the Packers to a 14-2 record at Lambeau Field. His team has also gone 2-1 in the postseason at home with the only loss coming in this season’s NFC Championship Game.

The Packers will face a number of tough challenges at Lambeau next season. It’s too early to know for sure which teams will be contenders, but for now, it looks to be a challenging schedule.

Five of Green Bay’s eight home opponents made the playoffs this past season.

Along with the divisional matchups with the Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, and Minnesota Vikings, the Packers will host the Los Angeles Rams, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, and Washington Football Team. That’s five playoff teams from 2020.

A game to circle will be a matchup with the Rams, one that will have a number of storylines.

Once again, it will be Matt LaFleur versus Sean McVay. LaFleur won their first battle in the divisional round. And LaFleur will bring Joe Barry with him. The Packers’ new defensive coordinator makes the move from the Rams this offseason.

It’s also a playoff rematch.

Matthew Stafford will return to Lambeau for another showdown with Aaron Rodgers.

It should be a fun matchup.

Then, there’s another chapter in the rivalry with the Seahawks. In recent years, the home team has dominated this rivalry. Will that be the same when the Packers host the Seahawks in 2021?

Of course, there will be plenty of storylines in the three divisional games. Will the Lions improve with Jared Goff at quarterback? Who will be the starting QB for the Bears? Will the Vikings bounce back after missing the playoffs in 2020?

Before then, a long offseason awaits. On paper, there should be plenty of exciting matchups at Lambeau next season.
