Just like that, we’re three weeks away from the 2021 NFL Draft. It’s been a quiet offseason for the Green Bay Packers so far, as the team has focused on re-signing their own free agents rather than spending big to bring in other players.

But the draft should provide plenty of excitement for Packers fans. Last year, they were the talk of the league after trading up for quarterback Jordan Love. It’s a conversation still going on today. Will Brian Gutekunst make another surprising pick in the first round?

Prior to last year, Gutekunst often targeted the team’s biggest needs in the early rounds. This offseason, cornerback, wide receiver, and both the offensive and defensive lines come to mind. Based on last season, cornerback appears to be the top need of all.

Last time that was the case, Gutekunst signed a free-agent corner and drafted two in the opening couple of rounds. So far this offseason, all the Packers have done is re-sign Kevin King to a one-year deal.

But never fear. In this three-round mock draft, I’ve made it my mission to find a starting cornerback, and that’s exactly what I’ve done. For this mock, I used Pro Football Focus’ mock draft simulator.

So let’s get right into it.
