It’s been a busy couple of weeks for the Green Bay Packers. Not only have they added their 2021 NFL Draft class to the roster, but there has also been the story of Aaron Rodgers’ future dominating the headlines.

We still have no clue what Rodgers’ future with the team is and who will be the starting quarterback for the Packers in 2021. But the reality is that in four months, the team will be taking the field to kick off the regular season.

Before then, head coach Matt LaFleur and general manager Brian Gutekunst will determine who makes the initial 53-man roster.

The Packers may sign a player or two before then, but the majority of the roster now is set. It will just be a matter of cutting it down to 53 players.

With the draft in the books, here are my early predictions for the Packers’ 53.

Special teams (3)

Mason Crosby, JK Scott, Hunter Bradley

No changes here for now but this is tough to predict. One has to imagine the Packers will be giving both punter JK Scott and long snapper Hunter Bradley competition at training camp. Until then, it’s difficult to predict how it will pan out.

Ryan Winslow is the other punter on the roster, while Joe Fortunato will provide some competition for Bradley.

The one certainty is Mason Crosby’s role as kicker. He was perfect on field goals last season and enters year number 15 with the Packers.
