Offensive line (10)

David Bakhtiari, Elgton Jenkins, Josh Myers, Lucas Patrick, Billy Turner, Jon Runyan, Royce Newman, Cole Van Lanen, Yosh Nijman, Jake Hanson

The Packers lost Corey Linsley and Rick Wagner this offseason but this is still an incredibly talented group. The team strengthened depth in the draft.

Working out the starting five won’t be easy, and David Bakhtiari’s recovery from a torn ACL will further complicate things. But competition for starting spots is good and the Packers should have plenty of that.

Bakhtiari is a possible future Hall-of-Famer after his consistent, dominant play at left tackle. Elgton Jenkins’ career is off to an incredible start. He was a Pro Bowler in year two. Lucas Patrick was outstanding in 2020, as was Billy Turner.

Second-round pick Josh Myers could start immediately at center. Jon Runyan Jr. looked at ease when he was asked to play last year and could compete for a starting job at guard. The Packers also drafted Royce Newman and Cole Van Lanen, who should provide good depth early on.

After only keeping two QBs and three RBs, there was some extra room on the 53, allowing me to also keep Jake Hanson. Hanson will need to make a big jump in year two to make the roster. Simon Stepaniak will be another player to watch at training camp.

The NFL’s best offensive line last season should be strong again in 2021.
