There’s been plenty of negativity surrounding the Green Bay Packers this offseason. From Aaron Rodgers’ uncertain future to the salary cap mess.

However, let’s not forget that this team reached the NFC Championship Game two years in a row for a reason. They have an incredibly talented roster and one of the best young coaches in football. That adds up to a winning formula and is exactly why this team has only lost six regular-season games over the past two years.

While I can’t look into the crystal ball and tell you how the Rodgers situation ends — although the team has made it clear they have no plans on trading him — I can look ahead with optimism for the upcoming season.

Last month, the Packers used the 2021 NFL Draft to address many of their biggest needs, strengthening an already-talented roster in the hope of being able to take the next step to the Super Bowl this season.

For the third year in a row, the Packers should be right there in the conversation to win another Lombardi Trophy. They’ve been a game away from the Super Bowl both seasons under Matt LaFleur, but the roster is talented enough to put that right this year.

There are many reasons why Packers fans should be excited about the 2021 season. Here are three.
