Week 17 vs. Minnesota Vikings

Vikings 32, Packers 33

Biggest storyline: Is this a battle for the NFC North championship?

Historically, the Packers have finished strong against division opponents, especially in primetime games with playoff seeding on the line, so I’m expecting a highly entertaining game.

Home-field advantage is absolutely going to be in play for this game, especially for how late in the season it is.

I consider the Vikings to be the Packers’ biggest divisional threat this season, and this will be a battle for their lives.

Week 18: at Detroit Lions

Packers 38, Lions 24

Biggest storyline: How different do the Lions look from Week 2?

The Lions could really have it together by this point, and I’m a little nervous about it.

However, they are the least of the Packers’ concerns on their path to the playoffs, especially compared to the rest of the NFC.

I don’t think Jared Goff is an elite QB at this point, and the rest of the roster leaves something to be desired.

I hope to see a lot of touches for Jamaal Williams as the Lions get brutalized in this regular season finale.

Final season record prediction: 11-6

It’s worth noting that the Packers’ bye week is sandwiched between two home games and that there are no long stretches of road games. Both of these scenarios are ideal for any team.

This season is full of exciting matchups, and I can’t wait to see what Green Bay looks like up against this challenging schedule.
