6. Kylin Hill

Kylin Hill was perhaps the Packers’ most impressive rookie throughout training camp and the preseason. It became clear quickly that Hill wasn’t giving up the RB3 spot. In the preseason, Hill showed he can be a three-down back in Matt LaFleur’s offense. He can run. He can catch. Hill can do a bit of everything.

However, barring injuries, Hill will be the third-string running back for the Packers in 2021, limiting his opportunities on offense. That’s why he isn’t higher than sixth in these rankings.

5. TJ Slaton

TJ Slaton showed off his strength during training camp and the preseason. While he might not immediately be a starter along the defensive line, the fifth-round pick will be an important part of the rotation right away.

We should expect to see Slaton often on early downs. He can help the Packers’ run defense improve this season.

4. Amari Rodgers

Considering the Packers’ depth at wide receiver, Amari Rodgers might just play a complementary role initially. However, Matt LaFleur should find ways to get him involved on offense. Whether that’s in the slot, out of the backfield, or on jet sweeps, Rodgers can hurt defenses with the ball in his hands.

Not to mention that the third-round pick is the Packers’ punt returner going into the season. Will he return one to the house against the New Orleans Saints just as Randall Cobb did a decade ago?
