Three dream trade deadline targets for the Packers.

Just a couple of weeks away from the NFL trade deadline, it’s fun to imagine the possibilities for the Green Bay Packers. While they are rarely buyers at the deadline, and their limited salary-cap room makes it a challenge this year, this is a team fully invested in the present.

The trade deadline is just two weeks away. Before then, there could be opportunities for contending teams to strengthen their challenge for a championship, and a chance for rebuilding teams to bring back draft picks to help build towards the future.

Which players would you like to see the Packers target in potential trades?

It’s important to note that some of the names may be unrealistic. It seems unlikely the Packers will be able to do much at the deadline given their cap situation and the number of key players on the roster with expiring contracts.

That said, if general manager Brian Gutekunst and Russ Ball decide to be bold and go all-in for this season, it’s possible they could make something work. With that in mind, here are three dream trade targets for the Packers before the deadline at the start of November.
