How the Packers can upset the Chiefs without Aaron Rodgers in Week 9.

The Green Bay Packers‘ seven-game win streak will be put to the test on Sunday with MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers ruled out after testing positive for COVID-19. It means second-year Jordan Love makes his first career start.

As expected, without Rodgers, few are predicting a Packers victory. According to WynnBET’s latest odds, the Packers are 7.5-point underdogs against the Chiefs.

But this game isn’t the foregone conclusion many think it is.

Green Bay has faced some adversity this season. Nothing new there. Matt LaFleur and his staff have found ways to win regardless, although their biggest test awaits now without No. 12 under center.

However, don’t count out the Packers. The Chiefs have looked anything but convincing this season, losing four of their opening eight games. Making consecutive Super Bowls looks a million miles away from where they have been this season.

A huge challenge for the Packers, no doubt, but one they are almost certain to lose? Anything but.

Green Bay can pull off the upset on Sunday afternoon and make it victory number eight on the season. Let’s look at what the team needs to do to leave Arrowhead Stadium with a surprise victory.
