Four Packers who could be looking for new teams in 2022.

The Green Bay Packers have been dominant this season. Take away an anomaly of a Week 1 performance against the New Orleans Saints, plus a game without Aaron Rodgers, and they have been perfect.

The Packers lead the NFC with an 8-2 record and look well on track for another deep playoff run.

However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be significant changes in the offseason due to the team’s salary-cap situation, as well as Aaron Rodgers’ uncertain future.

Which four Packers could be playing elsewhere next season?

Kevin King

Kevin King has been in and out of the lineup this season due to injury, but to his credit, he’s improved in recent weeks. King stated the year slowly, coming off a poor 2020 season, but has put in far better performances of late. He had an interception against the Seahawks and almost had one last week against the Kansas City Chiefs.

However, there’s no guarantee King will be re-signed in the offseason.

Jaire Alexander should be back from injury at some stage, and the All-Pro is the Packers’ top cornerback. Rookie Eric Stokes has impressed and has the potential to become an excellent starter in the future. Rasul Douglas has been a game-changer for the Packers and is making a strong case for a new deal.

That could make it tough to re-sign King in the offseason.
