Packers: Grades for Week 10 win over the Seahawks
The Green Bay Packers came away with a tight win in Week 10, defeating the Seattle Seahawks 17-0. This was another masterful showcase by the Packers defense, who just keep getting better and better.
For the second straight week though, the offense fluttered for the majority of the game and couldn’t seem to get a rhythm going.
It’s time to give out individual and unit grades for the Packers’ Week 10 win.
Packers Offensive Grade: D+
Although the offense came through when it was needed the absolute most, there was never an established flow throughout the entire game. Lots of empty drives where the team would get near field goal range, but couldn’t capitalize on it.
Individual Grades:
RB AJ Dillon: B+
WR Davante Adams: B
WR Marquez Valdes Scantling: C
RB Aaron Jones: C
QB Aaron Rodgers: C-
T Billy Turner: D-
Packers Defensive Grade: A+
This was obviously the best defensive performance of the year for the Pack given that the team allowed zero points. There were a good amount of sacks, passes defended and tackles to go around for everybody. This is the Packers’ first shutout since 2018, when they defeated the Bills 22-0.
Individual Grades:
S Adrian Amos: A-
LB De’Vondre Campbell: A-
Edge Rashan Gary: B+
CB Rasual Douglas: B+
LB Preston Smith: B
CB Chandon Sullivan: C-
Packers Special Teams Grade: B+
Aside from Mason Crosby’s missed field goal on the first drive of the game, the Packers’ special teams played very well. This was supported by my favorite Packer, Corey Bojorquez – who’s the best punter in league history by far. A 32-yard kick return from Malik Taylor, which was also on the opening drive, also helped boost the special teams grade.
Individual Grades:
P Corey Bojorquez: A+
KR Malik Taylor: A
PR Amari Rodgers: C+
K Mason Crosby: C
For Week 10, Green Bay played well enough to warrant a win — and that’s all that matters in the end.
The Week 10 Team Grade: B
