The Green Bay Packers, despite battling back from an early deficit, dropped to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11 — losing the game 31-34 on a time-expiring field goal from Greg Joseph.

While the Packers defense played one of its worst games of the year, the offense seemed to rise from a recent two-week slump in production and put up 31 points – which is the second-highest amount of points scored by the team this year.

Even with a loss, some players earned high grades while others… not so much. These are the grades from the Packers’ Week 11 loss to the Vikings.

Packers Offensive Grade: B+

The offensive onslaught for the team came as the game progressed through the four quarters. At one point in the second quarter, the team was down 3-16 — but would score a touchdown with 30 seconds to go until the half. Every drive in the second half resulted in a touchdown for the Packers after that.

The B+ grade is just due to the fact that those offensive struggles showed their head early on, meaning the team had to play keep up with Kirk Cousins and Co.

Individual Grades:

  • QB Aaron Rodgers: A+
  • WR Davante Adams: A+
  • WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling: B+
  • T Elgton Jenkins: B+ (until injury occurred)
  • RB AJ Dillon: B+
  • WR Equanimeous St. Brown: B-
  • G Lucas Patrick: D+
  • T Billy Turner: D-

Packers Defensive Grade: D

The defensive had its worst outing of the year (aside from the Week 1 blunder against the Saints). The “old” Kevin King reared his head, Kirk Cousins completed 24/35 passes, and aside from Preston Smith — nobody had a well-rounded game.

Individual Grades:

  • LB Preston Smith: A-
  • DT Kenny Clark: A-
  • DT Kingsley Keke: B-
  • LB De’Vondre Campbell: C+
  • CB Rasul Douglas: C-
  • LB Krys Barnes: D+
  • CB Eric Stokes: D
  • CB Kevin King: F

Packers Special Teams Grade: C

All I’m gonna say is that if Mason Crosby wouldn’t have missed that field goal in the first quarter, the outcome of the game might be very different.

Individual Grades:

  • P Corey Bojorquez: A
  • K Mason Crosby: C+
