Once again, the Green Bay Packers close out the regular season at Ford Field with a game against the Detroit Lions.

It’s something we seem to see every season.

For Green Bay, it’s an unusual situation to be in. The team has already clinched home-field advantage. On one hand, head coach Matt LaFleur doesn’t want his team to have two full weeks off. On the other, it’s important not to risk injury to key players in a game that doesn’t matter.

How LaFleur plays this one will be interesting to watch.

Packers injury report vs. Lions Week 18

Green Bay is set to get starting center Josh Myers back from injury after he was activated from injured reserve.

Running back Aaron Jones, inside linebacker De’Vondre Campbell, and tight end Dominique Dafney are all questionable. Don’t be surprised if the team plays it safe and rests all of them for the playoffs.

Left tackle David Bakhtiari is also questionable, and he could make his return from injury on Sunday. It would be his first game for over a year.

Packers vs. Lions odds, spread, over/under & betting pick Week 18

The Packers are three-point favorites for this game, according to WynnBET’s odds. With some uncertainty over which starters will play, and for how long, it’s easy to see why Green Bay isn’t a stronger favorite in this game.

The over/under for the game is 44.5 points.

Aaron Rodgers could be pulled out of the game at any moment. That’s why it’s tough to predict whether Green Bay will cover the spread.
