The Packers get some pass-rush help in this 2022 three-round mock draft.

Before long, the 2022 NFL Draft will be here and the Green Bay Packers will be hitting the clock with the 28th overall selection.

Before then, we’ll learn about Aaron Rodgers’ future with the team. We’ll also know whether key free agents like Davante Adams, De’Vondre Campbell, and Rasul Douglas are either re-signed or playing elsewhere.

For the purpose of this mock draft, we’re going to assume that Rodgers stays. And if Rodgers is back, it also likely means Adams is, too. No big trades that land the Packers an extra first-round pick or two. Rodgers coming back means the focus remains on now, while Adams’ return makes wide receiver less of an urgent need in the draft.

So, what would be the Packers’ remaining needs in this scenario?

Adding another pass rusher is a must. Offensive tackle depth could also be needed. Inside linebacker could be a need if Campbell isn’t back, while the Packers should always be looking for more help at defensive tackle and cornerback.

To put this article together, I used the Pro Football Focus mock draft simulator. So let’s begin the Packers’ three round mock draft.
