Three Aaron Rodgers trade packages that could make sense for the Packers.

A little over a week before the start of the new league year, we still don’t know what’s next for Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Rodgers is “truly torn” on where he wants to play.

If Rodgers decides his future should be away from Green Bay and requests a trade, where would be the potential landing spots? The Denver Broncos are the most obvious one, but according to ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio, the Tennessee Titans and Pittsburgh Steelers are also “viable possibilities”.

Despite a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter that the Packers haven’t engaged in any trade talks about Rodgers, that could quickly change should Rodgers request a move elsewhere. It wouldn’t take long for the phone to start ringing if a Rodgers trade becomes a realistic scenario.

Rodgers’ future will, of course, impact the Packers in the short term. With him, they are Super Bowl contenders. Without him, nobody knows.

One thing is for sure: Green Bay will want a lot back in any trade for Rodgers. Teams wanting to trade for the back-to-back MVP will likely need to be willing to offer a lot of draft picks.

So let’s explore potential trade packages with the Titans, Steelers, and Broncos.
