It’s time for another Green Bay Packers mock draft roundup.

Once again, every mock draft featured today has the Packers selecting a wide receiver in the first round. Edge rusher also remains a popular choice.

But would the Packers consider trading up for an EDGE?

NFL Mocks

Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas and Bernhard Raimann, OT, Central Michigan

Evan Bachman of NFL Mocks has Green Bay selecting Treylon Burks at No. 22 overall. Sign me up. I’m all for the Packers drafting Burks first. With his size and physicality, he could make an impact immediately.

I’m not as sure about the Bernhard Raimann pick. Raimann turns 25 in September, and the Packers typically prefer to draft younger players in the first round.

ESPN

Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State and Travis Jones, DT, UConn

Now we’re talking. I love this mock from ESPN’s Jordan Reid.

Ohio State’s Chris Olave is a popular choice among Packers fans and for good reason. With his game-changing speed and excellent route-running, it would be a lot of fun watching Olave catching passes from Aaron Rodgers in Matt LaFleur’s offense.

Many mocks have UConn’s Travis Jones falling to Day 2, but I’m not so sure. If the Packers are going to draft him, it might need to be in the first round. But it would be well worth it. I think Reid got this mock spot on.

The Draft Network

Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn State and David Ojabo, EDGE, Michigan

Keith Sanchez of The Draft Network has Green Bay going with Penn State’s Jahan Dotson in the first. There’s no doubt Dotson is talented, but he might be best suited for a role in the slot, which the Packers have covered with Randall Cobb and Amari Rodgers.

Michigan’s David Ojabo could have been a top-10 pick if not for injury. Ojabo will likely miss most, if not all of the 2022 season, so this would be a pick for the future.

NFL.com

George Karlaftis, EDGE, Purdue (trade) and Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State

GM Brian Gutekunst has traded up three times in the first round over his four draft classes. So why not again? NFL.com’s Chad Reuter has Green Bay moving up from No. 28 to No. 21 to select edge rusher George Karlaftis.

The trade gives Green Bay back-to-back picks, which also prevents another team jumping ahead of them. At No. 22, they select Chris Olave.

If the Packers come out of the first round with Karlaftis and Olave, they should be very happy.
