Where do the Packers need the most help following the 2022 NFL Draft?
The Green Bay Packers enter the 2022 season with a deep, talented roster.
During last week’s NFL Draft, they strengthened at various positions of need, such as a wide receiver, offensive line, and edge rusher.
However, no team has the perfect roster. There are always areas of need.
The Packers may have a lot of talent, but where do they need the most help following the draft? Let’s rank every positional need on the roster, starting with the deepest groups.
12. Quarterback
Green Bay’s top three at quarterback is set.
Back-to-back MVP winner Aaron Rodgers returns on a new deal. The Packers didn’t trade Jordan Love during the draft. Kurt Benkert remains the No. 3.
The Packers are in good shape at quarterback.
11. Punter
Signing Pat O’Donnell resolved Green Bay’s need at punter. Having spent almost a decade with the Chicago Bears, O’Donnell knows how to punt in cold weather.
10. Kicker
Mason Crosby is coming off his worst season since 2012, but it seems the Packers are sticking with him. The hope is that Crosby will get back to his best with better protection and more consistency from the snapper and holder.
There is some competition on the roster from JJ Molson and Dominik Eberle.
