Three Green Bay Packers veterans who could lose their starting jobs to rookies this season.

Competition is a good thing in the NFL. It brings the best out of the players and forces them to be on top of their game to earn more playing time. The Green Bay Packers will have plenty of competition at various positions this summer.

The Packers’ organized team activities are well underway this offseason. Minicamp takes place this month, and then training camp will be just around the corner.

Every year, the roster looks a little bit different.

Green Bay has added many talented rookies to the team. Some of them will take time to develop their games, while others could be starters immediately.

Last year, cornerback Eric Stokes and center Josh Myers were the Packers’ top two picks in the draft. They both won starting jobs early on.

It could be a similar story in the 2022 season. There are some positions, such as running back, where there won’t be much opportunity to win a starting job.

However, at other positions, the competition will be on once training camp gets underway.

Let’s look at three Packers veterans who could lose their starting jobs to rookies this summer.
