Packers post-minicamp 53-man roster predictions with depth chart
Cornerbacks (6)
- Jaire Alexander
- Eric Stokes
- Rasul Douglas
- Shemar Jean-Charles
- Keisean Nixon
- Kabion Ento
Green Bay has an excellent top three. The only question is which role each player best suits. Who will play the most snaps in the slot?
Depth is a concern at cornerback.
Is Shemar Jean-Charles ready to take on a role in the slot? Can Keisean Nixon or Kabion Ento contribute on defense?
We will learn more at training camp. Don’t be surprised if the Packers sign a veteran to provide depth.
Safeties (4)
- Adrian Amos
- Darnell Savage
- Shawn Davis
- Vernon Scott
Adrian Amos and Darnell Savage are the clear starters at safety, but there is an opening at the No. 3 spot.
According to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, Shawn Davis seemed to have that job at minicamp. Davis was a fifth-round pick by the Indianapolis Colts in 2021.
Specialists (3)
- Mason Crosby (K)
- Pat O’Donnell (P)
- Jack Coco (LS)
Mason Crosby might face some competition at training camp, but it’s one he will win. Veteran punter Pat O’Donnell is a good addition, and he should help fix some of the issues in the field goal operations.
O’Donnell is also an experienced punter in cold conditions, having spent eight seasons with the Chicago Bears, which is exactly what the Packers need.
