I am sure that most Green Bay Packers fans have seen the incredible videos of quarterbacks throwing 30-, 40- even 50-yard bombs into tiny nets from different social media accounts, or seen our team’s stars make insane highlight reel plays at practice.

If you’re like me, however, and want to see this in person, now’s your chance.

The Packers announced the date for their 21st annual Family Night at Lambeau Field will take place on Friday, August 5 with gates opening at 5:30 p.m CT. Players will begin taking the field for warmups around 7 p.m. with practice beginning roughly 30 minutes later at 7:30.

These events are exactly what it sounds like, a fun night out for the whole family to get an up-close and personal experience of the beautiful Lambeau Field, while watching your favorite Packers practice and scrimmage under the lights on the grass.

Fans get an opportunity to watch the Packers practice in what will be a “game-like atmosphere” with the use of the stadium video boards introducing players along with the typical gameday promotions for partners such as Bellin Health and Pizza Ranch.

Although this is not an event for a regular season game, it is probably the most affordable way for Green Bay Packers fans to get a seat in the most hallowed stadium in all the NFL.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday, June 29 at 10 a.m. for $10 a ticket (regardless of age) on top of the $5 parking.

Seeing as most home games for the Packers are either sold out or very pricey, this $15 fee to watch the 2022 Green Bay Packers gear up for the pre-season and into the regular season, it’s a deal that can’t be beat.

According to the announcement, all tickets will be online/virtual. The team also stated that tickets are nonrefundable unless weather cancels all the night’s events.

To cap off an incredible night at Lambeau, the Packers intend to end practice with a firework show similar to the ones that they have after a victory at home during the regular season.

So, if you’re in the area or want to travel to beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin to see the best team in the world before the season, head to the 21st annual Green Bay Packers Family Night.
