Packers: Top 50 players power rankings entering 2022 season
30. WR Randall Cobb
Cobb still has great chemistry with Aaron Rodgers, with 21 of his 28 receptions going for first downs last season, per Pro Football Reference.
29. WR Christian Watson
The sky is the limit for second-round pick Watson, but he’s currently out due to injury. He could fly up the rankings once he returns.
28. WR Sammy Watkins
A solid player when healthy, Watkins will quickly become a key target for Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay’s offense.
27. TE Marcedes Lewis
Lewis remains one of the unsung heroes on offense due to his excellent blocking ability. He will play a significant role again in 2022.
26. T Yosh Nijman
Nijman stepped up when the Packers needed cover at tackle last year. He could be in line to start in Week 1 and beyond should David Bakhtiari and/or Elgton Jenkins miss time.
25. DT Devonte Wyatt
Wyatt enters with high expectations as a first-round pick. He can be an excellent addition to the Packers’ defensive line.
24. WR Romeo Doubs
One of the stars of training camp so far, Doubs has looked impressive, even when matched up against the Packers’ starting corners. If Doubs can keep it up, he may be a starter early in his career.
23. OL Royce Newman
Talking of starters, Newman looks well on his way to retaining a starting job along the Packers’ offensive line after starting 16 of 17 regular season games in 2021.
22. TE Robert Tonyan
Tonyan is still recovering from a torn ACL. Once cleared, the Packers will need him to get back to his 11-touchdown best from 2020.
21. ILB Quay Walker
Walker is already making plays at practice and looks to have secured a starting job in Joe Barry’s defense next to De’Vondre Campbell. Big things could be ahead for the 22nd overall pick.
