Defensive linemen (5)

Kenny Clark, Jarran Reed, Dean Lowry, Devonte Wyatt, T.J. Slaton

This can be a really strong group.

Kenny Clark finally has some help, and plenty of it. The Packers have strong depth with five players all capable of starting.

While Jarran Reed, Dean Lowry, and Devonte Wyatt understandably get most of the focus alongside Clark, don’t forget about second-year T.J. Slaton. He has made an impressive start to training camp.

Outside linebackers (5)

Rashan Gary, Preston Smith, Kingsley Enagbare, Tipa Galeai, LaDarius Hamilton

It’s still all to play for at the backup edge rusher spots. Rashan Gary and Preston Smith are the two starters, while Kingsley Enagbare is a roster lock after being drafted this year.

Currently, I have Tipa Galeai and LaDarius Hamilton slightly ahead of Jonathan Garvin.

Inside linebackers (4)

De’Vondre Campbell, Quay Walker, Krys Barnes, Isaiah McDuffie

We should see two inside linebackers on the field more frequently this season. The Packers have an excellent starting combination in first-team All-Pro De’Vondre Campbell and first-round pick Quay Walker.

Krys Barnes provides solid depth behind them and also contributes on special teams.

I have special teams player Ty Summers missing out. Second-year Isaiah McDuffie has shown improvements to his game this summer.

For now, the ILB4 spot appears to be McDuffie’s to lose.
