Packers 2022 predictions: Picking each game, final regular season record

Week 2: Green Bay vs. Chicago

The Bears are a long way off contention and have so many questions entering 2022. At Lambeau, it’s hard to see anything other than a convincing Packers victory, even if there are still some issues for the offense.

Pick: Green Bay 27, Chicago 10 (2-0)

Week 3: Green Bay at Tampa Bay

A huge road test in Week 3. The Buccaneers might have the best roster in football. It will be hot and the Packers’ defense will be tested. If the offense struggles to get going, it could be a long day in Florida.

Pick: Tampa Bay 27, Green Bay 14 (2-1)

Week 4: Green Bay vs. New England

The Packers can bounce back against Tom Brady’s former team at Lambeau Field in Week 4. The defense comes up with a pick-six to put Green Bay in a strong position ahead of its trip to London in Week 5.

Pick: Green Bay 31, New England 14 (3-1)

Week 5: Green Bay vs. NY Giants (London)

This isn’t much of a home game for the Packers, as they travel across the pond to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. Fortunately, they couldn’t have asked for a better matchup.

As long as the Packers are somewhere close to their best, they should leave London with the all-important victory. It could be another dominant display from the defense. With a 4-1 record, the Packers put themselves in a strong position early on.
