1. Sign Odell Beckham Jr.

This isn’t a move to help in Week 2, but rather a longer-term signing. It’s unclear when Odell Beckham Jr. will be cleared to return from a torn ACL, and it’s possible he won’t be available until late in the season.

But when he does return, Beckham could make a huge difference for the Packers’ offense, just as he did with the Los Angeles Rams last season.

Imagine this scenario.

It’s December. Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs have had their ups and downs in their rookie seasons, but they are beginning to find more consistency as they gain Aaron Rodgers’ trust.

Meanwhile, Allen Lazard is having his best season yet with more opportunities.

Now add in Beckham, who could step in as either the WR1 or WR2. In close playoff games, he could come up with a game-changing play.

According to Aaron Wilson of Pro Football Network, Beckham visited with the Rams last week. A return to Los Angeles would make sense, but it would be bad news for the rest of the NFC.

The Rams would have a deep receiving corps featuring Cooper Kupp, Allen Robinson, and Beckham.

Wherever he ends up signing, Beckham could be a difference-maker for a playoff team.

The Packers should do whatever they can to sign him. A receiving corps of OBJ, Doubs, Watson, and Lazard could be a lot of fun in December.
