Packers alternate uniforms will return vs. Jets in Week 6
The Green Bay Packers have announced they will wear their throwback uniforms against the New York Jets in Week 6.
The Green Bay Packers‘ alternate uniforms are back.
The team announced on Wednesday that they will wear their 1950s throwback uniforms in their upcoming home game against the New York Jets, which will be played in Week 6.
These uniforms feature an all-green look with gold helmets and numbers.
The Packers debuted this version of the throwback uniforms last season in a victory over the Washington Football Team at Lambeau Field.

Throwback uniforms often draw mixed reviews. Some people love them, some hate them. It comes down to personal preference. But for me, the Packers hit these uniforms out of the park.
It is a simple but effective design and is a nice throwback to the 1950s.
They have stayed true to the old design while creating a modern, updated version of it.
These classic uniforms brought success for Green Bay last season. The team dominated Washington at Lambeau Field, winning 24-10.
Aaron Rodgers threw for 274 yards and three touchdowns with a passer rating of 127.6. Davante Adams, Robert Tonyan, and Allen Lazard each caught touchdowns.
Green Bay’s defense dominated, too, holding Washington to just 10 points, while also coming up with two turnovers.
De’Vondre Campbell continued his All-Pro season, making 14 tackles, including 11 solo tackles. Rashan Gary had two sacks and four quarterback hits. Gary also forced a fumble, while Chandon Sullivan made an interception.
The Packers will be hoping for a similar performance when they host the Jets a couple of weeks from now.
