If the Green Bay Packers are to leave London with a victory over the New York Giants, they must achieve these three things.

A game the Green Bay Packers will never forget takes place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday. Week 5 is a little different for Matt LaFleur’s team after heading across the pond to take on the New York Giants.

Despite the Giants’ 3-1 record, the Packers are favorites in this contest. But they shouldn’t overlook New York, a team that has found ways to win, mostly on the back of its league-leading rushing attack.

So, how do the Packers leave Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with a win?

Here are three things they must do.

1. Adjust to a different timezone

This process started at the end of last week’s win over the New England Patriots. It’s a challenging week for both teams. Whichever team adjusts the best may come out on top.

Not only is there a long flight to get across the pond, but also a six-hour timezone difference.

Each team will have its plans for how to overcome jet lag. Just being a few percent off your best could be the difference between winning and losing.

Arriving on Thursday, the Packers only have a couple of days to adjust and get ready to play in London. But it’s the same challenge for the Giants, who also left on Thursday evening.

The Packers haven’t played in London before, but they have coaches and players with experience of making the trip, including head coach Matt LaFleur and tight end Marcedes Lewis.

The team that adjusts the best could be the winner on Sunday.
