After losing back-to-back games, the Green Bay Packers continue to fall in NFL Spin Zone’s power rankings.

The Green Bay Packers have time to turn things around, but recent performances are particularly concerning.

Green Bay has lost its past two games with a couple of flat performances, and now enters a three-game road stretch.

With tough games to come, the Packers’ season could fall apart if they’re not careful.

For now, at least, they remain inside the top 10 of the Week 7 power rankings.

Packers fall, but remain in Top 10 of power rankings

Sayre Bedinger of NFL Spin Zone has published his Week 7 power rankings. The Packers move down one spot into No. 10.

“Given their concerns right now offensively and the fact that Aaron Rodgers hasn’t just been able to will this team to victory, the time to be concerned in Green Bay has perhaps come,” wrote Bedinger.

And he may be right.

Green Bay’s offense hasn’t looked right all season. Outside of some moments of brilliance here and there, the Packers have offered nothing in the way of consistency. Six games in, and they haven’t hit 30 points in a game yet.

Previous Green Bay offenses would put up 30 on a bad day.

Well, the time to figure things out has arrived.

If the Packers lose to the Washington Commanders this week, they could be in real trouble. A loss would put them 3-4 with a road game against the Buffalo Bills to come. Following that is a divisional battle on the road against the Detroit Lions, a matchup the Packers often struggle in.

It’s still early in the season and Green Bay does have three wins on the board. All is not lost.

But recent performances are concerning, and the difficult games just keep on coming. A lot has to change in the coming weeks for Matt LaFleur to get his team back on track.
