The Green Bay Packers enter Week 8 as heavy underdogs against the Buffalo Bills.

The Green Bay Packers desperately need a win. Unfortunately, the Buffalo Bills are next on the schedule.

To avoid losing a fourth consecutive game, Green Bay must overcome one of the best teams in the NFL, on the road, on Sunday Night Football.

Not an easy task, and it’s no surprise to see the Packers currently big underdogs for this game.

Green Bay Packers vs. Buffalo Bills odds Week 8

According to FanDuel, the Bills are currently 10.5-point favorites in Week 8. It’s not often we see the Packers as such heavy underdogs, but it’s also not surprising given the way these two teams have played this season.

Buffalo is -500 on the moneyline, Green Bay is +385.

The over/under for this primetime contest is currently 47.5 points.

Green Bay Packers vs. Buffalo Bills prediction Week 8

As much as I’d love to believe Matt LaFleur’s team can pull off a surprise win on Sunday night, I just don’t see it happening.

The Bills are lightyears ahead of the Packers on both sides of the ball.

Buffalo doesn’t have many weaknesses. It ranks No. 1 in the NFL for offensive yards per game, and is No. 2 in points per game. The Bills also own the league’s No. 1 defense for both yards per game and points per game.

Buffalo has also forced 13 turnovers, second-most in the NFL.

There isn’t any matchup where Green Bay should have a clear advantage. Buffalo’s defense will likely shut down Green Bay’s struggling offense, while Joe Barry’s unit will have no answer for the Bills’ powerful offense.

This one could be over by halftime. At least we may get to see Jordan Love in action.

It will take a miracle for Matt LaFleur’s team to end their losing run in Week 8.
